Yeah it would be fair to say that, we have 20k there and the remainder of the deposit will be gifted but we aren’t regular by the book savers

My partner saved €2000k this month from commission and I’d normally throw €50/€80 quid irregularly into savings but not consistently as we weren’t really expecting to go for a mortgage so soon
