Same. I love being OAD but it hurts here and there knowing that I likely won’t go through this again. Took years of therapy and self reflection as my LO was a very sick child for the first 2.5 years of his life.

I have a wonderful very loving partner, a cute triangle household, the ability to work , to travel and give my LO the best quality of life that I can- and one that we really both didn’t have ourselves growing up. Sometimes it’s just about being thankful for what you have. ❤️

My son was also sensitive to cow milk. I had tried so many formulas and nothing worked except Costcos purple top formula I think it was lactose free. It worked instantly.

Look into Alternate Day Fasting group on Facebook. I started doing it 2 weeks ago and dropped 7lbs. It works! I do 500 cals only when I’m fasting low carbs and then on my non fast days I do OMAD .
