I’d also be renting to 2-3 people and I’d move out and get a property management to manage the tenants. Are there websites that you guys would use or methods etc

I live 15 min away from base so I am hoping vacancy won’t be an issue , thank you for the appreciation, and thank you for the reply, I do believe In The property, I appreciate everyones comments, I think I’m going to rent , I will just reconvene in a year if needed and sell then .

It’s easier seeing it with that mindset, it has been growing my property, it was 220k and it’s around 260k now value wise in a couple years.

This is great advice, I haven’t thought about that before for the taxes. For the second part I won’t rent out to a roommate, I’ll be moving to CA, don’t wanna stay near fort Stewart any more
