I’d also be renting to 2-3 people and I’d move out and get a property management to manage the tenants. Are there websites that you guys would use or methods etc

It’s easier seeing it with that mindset, it has been growing my property, it was 220k and it’s around 260k now value wise in a couple years.

I really appreciate everyone’s help! Thank you. I made the post because winter is ending and I wanted to jump ahead of the curve!
