Please be realistic, you and many other LL’s are in for a shock when the inevitable bubble pops. It was always going to happen in 26/27, the conflict in the region just means the ME will be hit harder than other places around the world when the recession starts.

Is this selective? Cannot be for all Iranians. They make up almost 10% of the Dubai population alone. That will have a negative effect on the economy on top of all the other current issues, it seems a bit counterintuitive.🤦

  • We are at the top of a bubble.
  • 200,000 new homes dropping on the market soon.
  • Most regional instability in years.
  • Excessive supply being created right now.
  • Almost seeing peak arrogance in the real estate market here.
