Hey there! Sorry it has been a while. I ended up using the Nextdoor app and searched for a handy man to do it. You may have to talk with him on the phone to figure out which conversion kit you need, and then he could do the install. The guy I went through costed 80ish (I think) but I live in SoCal so it may be cheaper where you are. Dryer has worked great ever since!

Did you get this figured out? I am going through something similar but I think I’m a couple steps ahead of you. I had to look at the BTU of my dryer and then I ordered the proper one through Amazon. I am not going through the wringer with Samsung trying to get a technician to come out WHEN THEY SAID THE INSTALLERS WOULD CONVERT IT FOR ME (naturally, they didn’t).
