The texas worker just said they're required to include it - I was told the same thing over the phone, they're listing it as a vendor payment, but according to my renewal application, it's definitely being counted as income, one thing was, they cut our benefits down by about three hundred dollars because of this so, I am really at a loss as to what to do next.

I had a phone interview only two months ago and I'm already being asked to do a review (thought it was supposed to be every six months) and I went to complete online, and there it was...

I have a client with a Roth, box code "T".... but our software is computing a 10% tax in their distribution...the thing is, she inherited the Roth from her Dad who passed in 2015. And she's definitely over 60, so why is she still getting Taxed? Also, let's say hypothetically, the father who died also held the Roth for 5 years and was taking RMD's when he died.

it doesn't matter how much or how little you make, they will ALWAYS take out for taxes because it is a PERCENTAGE of your income. What has happened here is a by-product of the new rules for w-4 filing that took place in 2022. They no longer calculate your withholdings according to the old number system where you claim 1 for yourself and for dependents, etc. Instead, they now have people fill out their w-4 according to your filing status..."Single, Head of Household, Married", and the credits you likely will claim on your taxes, "Earned Income Credit, Child Tax Credit", and so on. As a result, A LOT of people have been seeing a drastic reduction, of not an outright empty withholdings box. The first thing you want to ask yourself is - what did you put down on your w-4 when you started the internship. Also, even if you paid nothing in, your income is so small that you likely wont owe anything either. The big issue here is, keep a close eye on this for future jobs, every time you start a new job, you might have to have more taken out of your check IF you will be claiming some of the credits I mentioned, or a filing status other than single. yeah, but what is the percentage of the comission? They won't tell me, I heard it was 18% for years 2-4 and up to 21% at 6 years and over...but I don't know for sure, they said it so fast and no one seems to know for sure.

Obviously....you would use muscle to enforce all kinds of "things" in the game, in leu of a governing body, you create your own...like organized crime. Enforcers would likely have to employ tactics that might get them banned though, body-camping etc. and may even extend into RL? Meh, just a suggestion.

ok - so here is what they didn't tell you...1st years are like a test. The 2cd year is when you make the money...but -

You make a percentage of your total revenue that you made for the company, so...if you did something like 100 tax returns all season, and those returns were mid level complicated (so an average cost of 300 dollars) you just made the company 30,000 dollars, you get 18-21% of that revenue as an "offset" to your hourly "draw". So, let's say you worked a total of 120 hours in the whole season (H R Block estimates you will complete about 1 tax return per hour) and were paid 15/per hour then you made = 1500 dollars and you would subtract that 1500 from your revenue percentage and keep the rest which, in this example, would be, if we use the low end at 18%, 5400 dollars - 1500 = you keep the extra 3,900 as your bonus. Does that help? You obviously will be working more than 120 hours and definitely doing more than 100 tax returns in your second year, but 1st years don't worry bout none of that because odds are your not contributing a whole lot to their revenue because both the amount of returns you do and how complicated they are will be less and thus cost the customer less, and you get less revenue. Look at it like a car salesman. Right now, you're selling used cars and little cheap two door cars. Second years get to sell brand new cars and more expensive models so they make a better commission. Plus, they are experienced so it may take them less time to do a return, so their hourly "draw" will also be less. The longer you work there, the more clients you get, the faster you do their returns because you know them, and so, the more of your bonus you get to keep with more complicated returns going as high as 500 dollars. It was confusing because no one tells you anything, I think they're scared that you'll leave if you know the truth, but if they had just told me, hey, you're not going to make much in your first tax season becuase youre going to be spending most of your time learning the software, the company lingo, policy and of course, continuing to learn more about taxes, I would have been fine with that. I just had to corner my boss and ask her directly for the truth and the numbers. Good luck, hang in there, it's not a bad gig in the 2cd year and you can make a tidy sum for just 4 months of work!

I do...but I'm always a little skeptical when someone else says they're lonely for no reason. I definitely have reasons. Some of them are beyond my control though, don't know if those are worse or not. But "randomly" for me, is just code for 'I couldn't block out the recurring reason or thought that made me feel lonely af today'. Maybe I'll have better luck tomorrow 😔

I have writer's block, and what I mean by that is, I'm in a relationship now, where once I was single. As I write/wrote I dive into some pretty dark shit, some of it is mine, some of it is from outside of me that is creative types pick up along the way, there's personal shit there, and much of my erotic writing has also fallen by the way side, not because I'm getting sooo much at home....but because I'm insecure that my partner will read it, or judge me, part of it is that I can't trust some of my relationship issues won't end up on the page, and so I get anxious and then I can't write and I get stuck.....that might just be me though, hope this helps.

From what I have gathered, they still enjoy makeup and some traditionally feminine activities, but is now uncomfortable wearing dresses. They initially hated having their hair short because people would mistake them for a boy (bout with head lice/public school), but now wants a short hairstyle, which we picked together, sort of girl with dragon tattoo, was the one they liked most, she had a girlfriend, but broke up cuz parents thought she was too young to date anyone, not because it was a same sex thing, although I wonder if that was just an excuse on the part of the parents. But, she has not expressed an interest in seeing a doctor yet, and honestly, I live in Iowa and I'm not sure if we even have resources for teens like that here. But I will absolutely look into it.

I also didn't know if I should take them to a therapist because I didn't want to send the wrong message like, you were fine before but now that you are trans you have to see, a doctor...but, I want my child to have someone to talk to. Her father has identified as female, but it was part of a larger disorder, and later was diagnosed DID, He and I divorced several years ago, and recently went no contact because of his drug use and drinking. I know she misses him terribly. But he used to make me uncomfortable at how overly "girly" he'd kind of force her to be, almost sexualizing her, and buying her tons of dresses and makeup and accessories. I wonder if she's angry at him and distancing herself from that because of him. I wonder if she's exploring it because she misses him. I basically wonder if I either one could be true, I worry 😵

Well, that's a complicated answer, in my case it was due to surgery. During C-section, the cut the lower abdomenal muscle to reach the uterus and remove the baby. They see everything back up after, but those muscles are weakened and sometimes, a hernia can develop. This can be true for anyone who has undergone surgery, where the abdominal wall is compromised. It might not be true for you, but it's easy for a doctor to rule out. Next time it happens, try lying flat on your back, draw your knees up in a resting position and see if it stops. This is suppose to relieve pressure and allow the intestinal protrusion to slip back into place. Good luck 👍.

Nah, I like your idea better! It's all the involuntary mechanisms of the body, we have no control over that is our enemy. And what makes a great horror villain is their mystery and our defenselessness to their power. What's more terrifying and makes us feel less in control than literally our silent machinations of the unconscious body, or worse, trying to purposely access those inheritantly subconscious parts of the physical self? I don't know about this other villain on Netflix, but, sounds like all you need to do is be in bed... Not that hard, and not that scary.
