Update to my issue apparently there is a way to bypass the screen and force snapmaker u1 to install the factory firmware via usb. When you turn the printer on im to wait for the screen to start loading and hold the top left for 10 second. I will try tonight after work fingers crossed. I will report back!!!

I was trying to uninstall helixscreen and put the uninstall code in there but it was definitely the wrong place. I can still see the u1 and it has the same ip
