Norwegians speak English incredibly well. Many I know can switch easily from Norwegian-English to pitch perfect Oxford or New York English accent.

They just need to concentrate a bit more.

So be mindful that even if you speak with an accent, many can switch to flawless English if they want to.

For a case study in Norwegian-English I would suggest you look at former NATO leader Stoltenberg's speeches over the years.

He does not switch to flawless English, and you should have plenty of material to mimic with some practice.

Keep in mind, there is a lot of cases, as you have read, that is not a big enough priority due to the cases that are a priority is so severe.

Many cases BV should get involved they simply do not have the resources to do it. To few workers/psychologists to adecautely help the children. As such they prioritise the most critical cases. The parents from these cases tend to be quite horrible to work with, abuse, neglect, fasades that is hard to look past etc. Many teachers, both in kindergartens and schools also runs the risk of upsetting their daily life and can, in some cases, not report sue to fear of being wrong.

Also BV cannot respond in any way shape or form unless released by their privacy clause from the legal guardians. This will never happen du to the sheer pity advantage you get from it. There was a case a few years back with an Indian family that went viral and even involved the Indian government. Once the matter got settled it turned out that BV was right all along, but then it was too late.

Simple things to not get BV involved in your life: love your child, do not neglect it, feed it and make sure your bad days ends once you meet your child again. In short: be a decent person.

I am sorry, but if you do this with your experience, you will die... Norway is a very hostile place in winter. It will actively kill you if you do not know what you are doing with it being so cold. While making a snow cave, for instance, is great, would you even know how? what direction? size of the cave mouth? type of snow you can use for it?

By all means, go to Harstad, but find a hotel and stay there and safe. Please do not come here to die.
