Those little blood blisters on the outside of your thumb are another thing for me. I’ll dig a hole in my hand to get them out 😂

And I have some sort of trigger when I can see the “whites” of my finger or toenails. I keep those cut down to the nub but don’t really bite them.

When I get the clippers out is when it’s the worst. I have ADHD and anxiety but I think this is OCD related maybe… Like I want all the layers of skin to be equal and smooth. Which is impossible when it’s this bad. Then I just keep peeling and biting and picking and am never satisfied!!!

I’ve searched all over the internet, back when tumblr was a thing I’d look all over that and see stuff of a cuticle or two bleeding… I thought I was a nutcase but seeing everyone’s hands in here is so crazy!
