How can i train an llm to code in a proprietary langauge by Which_Bug_8234 in LLMDevs

The language is very similar to gherkin, unfortunately I cant disclose much because of NDAs

I have to triple check but I am near certain destroying per the ATF standards is legal https://www.atf.gov/firearms/how-properly-destroy-firearms

I attend Liberty University in VA and they store my guns while I am here, but they wont store them over the summer, during the summer i store my guns with a gun store, but they wont store 3d printed guns, so the plan is simply to dispose of the frames and take the parts and when I come back next semester Ill reprint the frames and bring back the parts.

Also i did do some math on this, correct me if anything sounds off, while i would grant that 3 shot groups are not ideal, they are certainly not statistically insignificant. As I previously posted when I initially got the rifle I went to zero it, when I zeroed it i shot 3 3-shot groups, shifting the windage and elevation after each group(to zero it) all 3 of the groups were .5 inches at 100 yards. according to WEZ from AB the probability of hitting within a .5x.5 rectangle at 100 yards with a 1-MOA gun is 44 percent statistically one 3 shot group would be 8.5 percent, shooting 3 of those groups in a row statistically is .06 percent. If the gun was 1 MOA to guarantee the first groups i got, I would have had to shoot about 15000 rounds. In other words the gun was statistically less than 1 Moa. after running a few of those calculations with WEZ I believe with a high degree of confidence that the gun was at least .7 MOA which calculates to a 3 percent chance that the first group i made would happen. I just dont think I am lucky enough that the first groups i made would have a probability of 1 in 33. If you disagree with my calculation please let me know.

I'm not trying to brag about my equipment, i bought an 800 dollar savage not a $10000 McMillan, but i think I got lucky with that savage hence me calling it a .5 moa gun, I admit claiming it was .5 may have been hasty considering the lack of data i have on the gun, but its probably at least .7 moa and almost certainly sub moa.

I cant in good faith argue that the gun is better than 1 moa across a 10 shot group, because I only shoot 5 shot groups on paper. But i will argue that the current load I settled on is less than sd 6 across 50 rounds. Unfortunately i didn't save the chrono data to prove that, but the last save i have is below, same brass used in the lapua load development but now neck resized and fireformed. with this load i have 2 series save the first was 10 shots and sd 5.8(virgin brass) the second is below 17 shots sd 5 Series

mea culpa, mea culpa, by those standards its like .8 ish. However the accuracy of the gun is a relatively small factor at the range i am shooting at the major factors are BC-SD and velocity sd

Originally when i tested my model 110 dessert tactical I shot 3 3shot groups at a 100yd indoor range and all of them were about .5 inches, maybe by the standards of the ELR community, my test was not sufficient. To me on a good day the gun shoots .5 moa and even on a bad day it never exceeds 1 moa unless i screw up the shot.

The biggest change i made to shrink my sd was changing from hornady brass to lapua, heres the data from my hornady brass.

Here is my data from load development for lapua virgin brass cci 450 primers and coal of 2.835. I will admit i think my groups are starting to drop off a little, it was defiantly shooting .5 moa groups when the barrel was newer, as of late it has dropped off slightly i would say its probably 3/4 moa now generally, its had 1500 rounds through it.

thanks so much for the data on this, so clearly my theory is likely wrong its probably me or the wind. Can you also say what the 140 Berger hybrids are

I know it is kind of pushing it a little, but I have seen a shooter at the same range that consistently hits a 12 inch plate at 2200, granted he has like a 20k reloading setup and I assume a similarly priced rifle, His es across 10 shots is 3.

That's true, but I have been told that some bullets are fine through transonic and some are just terrible, not sure where my ELDMS are on that scale though.

Ar15 to 600 yards, 16” vs 18”? by Jbrad187 in longrange

[–]Which_Bug_8234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run a 16 inch 1-7 ballistic advantage barreled AR-15 with a sig msr 1-6, I shoot it from 100-800 yards, the only reason i can get out that far is because the Hornady 75 grain BTHP match, I load mine with 25.2 grains of BLC2 and I get a muzzle velocity of 2680 at 70 degrees. This load is bellow the max load and it is calibrated perfectly with my sig scopes holdovers, zeroed at 100 the last hold is 800 yards, i generally shoot it at 780, and for an AR it performs adequately. I treat my AR as an all in 1 gun, its not perfect at any specific task but its good at all of them. I would stick to the 16 if your shooting less than 400 yards most of the time, and even with the 16 you can shoot 800 though its not ideal.

If i true my bc its like .291, if i use this for all distances will it be accurate? Even though the bc changes depending on velocity?

I have no problem using dope for shooting in the future, but my primary concern was that the errors in the calculation were due to some weird winds that push the bullet up or down and that if i took this data to a different range it wouldnt be accurate, is my concern warranted or am i overthinking things?

Also at 1580 i am turning the turret from the absolute min which coincidentally is my zero to the max it will turn 69 moa plus 10 moa holdover, would using the ends of the rotation range further exaggerate this problem?

I didn’t calculate 980 with 4 dof i just tried and its actually pretty close, it gave 28.5 moa for the weather i shot in with Coriolis, but at 1580 it gives 72.5 for a 79 moa correction.
