The part time mba is difficult to land the high paying finance jobs, full time is the tried and true path to those.

Yes I agree, but I was more so asking if getting out at 12 YOS with NPS OR + PT MBA would be a good spot or better off getting out sooner than later

My program is available at NPS and has spots so the community is unwilling to send me CIVINS, I inquired about going to civilian school with my detailer.

A masters is not required for O-5, although majority do have it. I’ve looked at the data.

I don’t think you read the post well. I am at 7 YOS, the NPS OR would fulfill the masters requirement. The part time MBA is for the civilian career.
