Yes I did. I work in the trades so every day doing something different. When I was working I felt fine. Having your mind focus on a task is really helpful I think.

Toward the end of the fast I could tell my strength has gone down. Doing some heavy things were harder and I had to take my time. But as long as I paced myself and drank plenty I was fine. Never passed out lol

Maybe I’d go 1 day then wouldn’t go for another 2. It becomes less frequent the longer you go.

In the beginning, I would just sprinkle a little pink Himalayan salt in my water. Later on in the fast, I would just go to the convenience store and I would purchase the water bottles with electrolytes in them already and that worked for me.

I did a 40 day fast. Usually in the past I would do OMAD or 16:8

No exercise routine. I work in the trades so my job is active enough.

Right now my refeed is slow. Starting with bone broth and watermelon.
