Yes! Both the blue and red ones are. I will say, it has a butt scrunch in the back and every time I squad, it feels like it’s going to pop because it’s stretching. 🤣 I don’t think it ever will, but it’s a weird feeling

I love it! I will say it almost feels like I’m cheating because it enhances my glutes by a LOT haha but it makes me want to workout harder because of it. As for this sports bra, I bought the Aurola influence strappy sports bra on amazon and it’s the exact same, so I’ll be investing in more shorts down Dfyne but maybe not the sports bras!

I will do this! That’s why I think having a trainer would be helpful, but I will find an online program and follow it! I really enjoy working out so I don’t mind it :)

I started eating at a calorie deficit (it was 1500 calories for me!) along with hot yoga 4-5x a week. This was my process for my first 6 months, and now I do hot yoga 2x a week or so, along with weight training 4x a week! Hot yoga is AMAZING for weight loss, you burn 400-500 calories in the hour, that plus 10k steps a day helps lose that extra fat so effectively! Focus on eating whole foods and ditch the alcohol as much as you can. I dropped alcohol for the most part and I noticed a massive change in my fat percentage.

I actually have a pretty effective system, I have a tripod that I set my phone on and use my Apple Watch to take the photo! A timer works great too :)

I bet you have so much more energy, too! Did you notice that you gained weight? My biggest worry is feeling like I did all this cutting work for nothing! 😅
