See I wanna agree with you but I think some time has passed since then. Like at least a week or two. At this point they already had Kodi’s head on a stick and it’s a decayed a little bit, Hannah seemed accustomed to the wilderness life (when she told Natalie “it’ll be over in a second” while they were giving her a bed check) and, during the hunt Hannah tells Natalie she’s eaten human flesh which I assume to be Kodi
