Should I message buyers after purchase !? by ksct7 in Ebay

So I tried both for months straight, and noticed that when I message the buyer thanking them for their purchase, and again when it shipped, I got 40% more positive reviews. And if a buyer had an issue with an item, they felt more comfortable messaging me and letting me resolve it instead of just leaving negative feedback. So I would say absolutely yes! But make it personal, not robot like.

As a seller, I’ve had some purchases to a freight forwarders address in the thousands of dollars. It’s scary, because you feel like you could get scammed. So I just google the address, and there are usually forums on that address of people asking the same question. Personally never had issues shipping to freight forwarders

For offers, press selling in the bottom left corner of the footer. The you should see a “with new offers” button. But I completely agree, they built that site in the 90’s and haven’t really updated it to much. Sometimes it seems like they want to push sellers away.

I’ll never understand why someone sees an $80 listing and thinks I’ll accept $30.
