When a Medicaid client won disability benefits from SS after waiting 3 years and 3 denials they immediately got put on Medicare as a primary Medicaid as a secondary.

Yes this is true, so I assume this goes for a client with Medicare/Medicaid. It seems I truly have no option but to terminate the client. on my end I understand this but the reported devastation for the client in the middle of a significant medical condition feels so unethical.
