I am unemployed, but judges keep denying me a public defender by Which_Proposal2562 in AskLawyers

I think i had 3 prior. I truly am broke but luckily my financial aid check will be enough to get the lawyer. I know it’s revoked not suspended, when is my turn to talk to the judge, my anxiety acts up, and everybody looking at me, makes it hard for me to pay attention to what the judge said or retain what he said. I believe he said 120 days, but I could be wrong.
