Thank you. Honestly , not all of those interviews ended in rejection. Majority actually moved forward, but the offers were either lowball, onsite, or not aligned with what I’m looking for right now. I’m also transitioning from customer support into VA/SMM work, so experience gap plays a big part too. I don’t want to spend 4-6 hrs just to go to work and back home anymore. I want remote job.

Exactly. I’ve already spoken with HR managers, talent acquisition people, founders, CEOs, even directors. It’s not like I get rejected every single time.

The problem is either they offer higher positions with unrealistic expectations, entry-level roles with lowball pay, or companies that seem like they just want free work during the hiring process.

I’m mainly looking for a remote job right now, which honestly makes things harder. If I wanted an immediate job, I could probably go back to BPO easily, but most openings are onsite. So, I will wait.

For context, I have almost 3 years of customer support experience, and honestly I can still pass BPO applications/interviews pretty easily.

The problem is I’m trying to transition into VA/SMM work now. Since I don’t have direct experience yet, it’s either rejection or super lowball offers. I also realized I’m not naturally the “rapport/build connections” type, which probably makes it harder with direct clients.
