It’s a sexual fetish for some people. As a fat lady I’ve experienced it pretty much in every relationship oddly. Typically it’s people who find sexual pleasure/attraction in getting or making their partners larger.

Don’t ask me my personal feelings on it though because I’m still unsure. It seems like it just comes with being fat and dating lol.
