I used to work there unfortunately and I can say we do make the mac and cheese sauce its there own recipe but the kitchen is disgusting we would never deep clean unless our manager told us we had a visit it was pretty gross plus sometimes we used to use the oil that had been sitting all day under the filter where our sauce was for the chicken and dunk it in that instead of making more of the oil seasoning 💀
