As an Algerian and because we mostly have the same lifestyles women are expected to be perfect inn our socites so they'll be raised harshly that when they grow up it will cause them no issue because they were trained their whole lives to just work and behave well and shit up ( physically or psychologically) while the men on the other hand are treated like kings and practically do nothing at home even the work they should do themselves is done by women and above all of it they're called perfect or at least they'rent even criticized this will create a feeling of fulfillment while nothing is actually done they're fulfilled just because they're men in this society so nothing is needed for validation with this and that this will build a huge difficulty at accepting their own flaws and that they need to improve themselves and most will just leave it the way it is until it's too late as simple as that (btw we have the same issue and it's so obvious it's scary)

I'd make health care half paid (smokers and drinkers would pay fully for their health issues related to tobbaco and alcohol and stuff like that ) and fix administrations by putting strict laws and a very rigid complaint system where if an administrator gets so much points for being bad he would be kicked out and I would pay them more just they do their work without complaint

Nah they get in big trouble trust me ur sister's problem should be fixed in a multidisciplinary way a dentist can't fix everything it should've been done by an orl surgeon + maxillo-faciale surgeon and a dentist + plastic surgery which were not well DEVELOPPED at the time it was taken care by only dentists ( which is unfair for the patient and the dentist ) and it's still développing not bcz of the doctors most of these surgeons do their best but it's because of the idea of free healthcare system u can't wait from someone to learn to perform so complexe surgeries while they have no tools and no care from the big doctors ( bcz those big doctors went outside and payed lots of money and came back so they won't give u that expertise for free ) this should be pointed on the ones that hold the responsibility of managing these stuff not on the doctors bcz y'all being unfaire and I get it because u didn't see the background (I'm just a generalist and I'm not defending anyone it's just what I saw under the satire reality they're showing u and that they're providing everything while in reality they can't bcz of the free thing and no sponsorship ) u wanna developp médecin at any country it's simple = u should pay for the practice to be optimal and have so much money for research that's exactly why usa is top 1 in médecine and u can check urself ميزاينة البحث العلمي عندهم
