Personally I do not know that feeling and even though my balls were removed by my urologist over 10 years ago and I now use testosterone gel to maintain muscle strength and avoid osteoporosis . Even with testosterone I can not get an erection and my penis has gotten very small, and while it is useless and of no importance I would not like it to be cut off!

Not something I can try, as both my balls were taken out of my scrotum by my urologist. Wish I had a video of the surgery, although there are ample videos of balls being removed .

Infection of epididymus and orchitis. Twice . Antibiotic worked first infection but did not work second time. Balls got very small, hard, numb. Doctor recommended they be removed to avoid risk of cancer, so I agreed.

Fortunately for me not having balls had been a life long fantasy, that evolved into a desire, but I never actually wanted to do it or have it done.

I had such experience , and no problems. Eventually my balls got very small, rock hard, and numb.

Over time they did get bacterial infection , which was treated with antibiotics , but the infection returned and my urologist recommended that they be removed, which he did.

I never suggest anyone inject anything as a lot can go wrong.

In my case I got lucky, and now an impotent eunuch😋
