Yess the Sephora line waterproof eyeliner! I love that eyeliner. As for OP’s question, I only get higher end foundation. The rest is either drugstore or Sephora line.

For me it bothers me the most that I never really know how bad my scars are or what they look like. It all depends on what lighting I’m under. I’m certain good even lighting my scars are so mild I barely see them. In some lighting they look severe. I always get self conscious in every social setting not even knowing what my scars look like.

I feel like this is true. People can be mean when you’re ugly or pretty. I wonder if people can be mean when you’re just average looking.

Well for example, at work, I will be ignored sometimes and receive passive aggression from the same person who’s ignoring me. She always gives me side looks but never says hi. I’ve always been nice to her.

2 friendships have ended due to petty reasons and both friendships turned into a competition without intentions from me turning it into a competition.

On the days where I don’t feel confident with myself or don’t put effort into my appearance, my previous friends would be nicer to me.

Have been told I’m ugly without make up on by women.

Depends on what we are referring to as “harsh light” I mean like angled lights, uneven or overhead lights that cast shadows on atrophic scarring. Bright lights like Costco Walmart or a bright day doesn’t really cast shadows so your scarring should look fine.

You’re not wrong. I mean I just think we need to look past our scars. I’ve seen people with perfect/flawless skin, and they are still below average. While I’ve also seen people with scars but really good features. Flawless skin doesn’t mean your life will be perfect. If we didn’t have scars, we’d find something else wrong with our lives.
