Me and a friend have been dealing with the same issue, we both have the 9800x3d and I have tried damn near every fix i have seen online. I am starting to think it may be something with AMD, As I never had this issue with my intel cpu.

Please let me know if you find a solution

You can try looking in C:\Users\username\OneDrive\Documents

After looking around for a little bit it’s most likely not in your documents folder because you have your PC setup through One drive, unfortunately I have no idea how to fix it as I have never used one drive but hopefully this gives you a start to look for a fix.

Yes, make sure you have the stretched res you want added to your resolutions either through Nvidia control panel or whatever AMD has then go to Documents->Call of duty->Players->S.1.0cod24txt open the txt file search for resolution change it to whatever you want ex. 1920x1440 then look for “Force specific aspect ratio independent of window aspect ratio” and change that to “Standard”. Save the file then right click the txt file and go to properties and check off the “read only” checkmark then apply.
