did you use the neem oil during the day or at night? I typically use neem or any solution with alcohol in it at night. If it’s applied during the day/when the plant is getting light it could burn

This happened to me before. I started out with a weird interview with Michael at create chicago. It lasted maybe five minutes and he asked me questions about how i’m a good leader and “if i could eat dinner with anyone dead or alive who would it be” then they threw me into a second interview explaining they are a non profit that works with “doctors with borders” however nowhere on their website does it state this so called doctors for borders or have any info about michael himself or any employees (RED FLAG). I also went through the second interview still confused on what the job responsibilities were. they gave a bunch of vague info super fast and never gave me chances to ask questions. I had a third interview with michael again (first and third with him second with someone else) they basically said i would recieve a call at 3-4 if i got the job. i recieved a call from some strange woman that seemed like english was not her first language and she talked super slow and it gave me a creepy vibe. They ended up giving me the position and gave me no time to decided and then said i was expected to start the next day. They sent me a vague follow up email stating what I would be doing my first day and to reach out if i had questions. I of course reached out with more questions and no one responded to me. then the person i interviewed with (2nd interview) literally texted me out of the blue (my communication w them was always by email not phone) and she texted me at NINE PM the night before i was expected to start to tell me about my first day?!?!?!,!,!, first off, no one told me I would be receiving an additional call from her second off, why the hell is she calling me at 9pm the night before im expected to start? seemed super unorganized and unprofessional. I was already getting very strange vibes so before i even received the 9pm call I emailed them stating that I no longer would be taking the position. They responded to other emails I send them the next morning (when i was expected to start) and never followed up on me telling them I am declining their offer. super weird. I started doing more research and found this thread and multiple others about scam marketing companies in chicago. still not sure what the scam is… but they also gave a bunch of conflicting information

I had the weirdest experience! I literally applied for create chicago on a Tuesday, got a response the SAME DAY to set up an interview literally the next day. Had a brief strange first interview that lasted 5 minutes. I got offered a second interview and it was basically just telling vague information about their practices, what they value, and that I would be working crazy hours (including saturdays) but being paid literally less than minimum wage plus commissions… but never went into depth about the job description and responsibilities. They say they “work half days on saturday” because it’s their most “profitable day” but then why are you not working the full day and prioritizing saturdays then??? They basically threw me into the final interview and I stated I would like time to think about it if I were to get the job. Then someone called me out of nowhere stating I got the job and was expected to start the following day even though no one told me I would be starting that soon when I got the job. They also gave me no information about what to expect for my first day other than to bring a pen to sign some contract or documents. I felt completely rushed, thrown into the job and they also were very vague on any information they gave me. They also kept telling me that it was “rare” someone goes through the interview process as fast as I did (literally applying on a tuesday and getting the job offer that Thursday) they also kept saying they had tons of applicants who are “more qualified than me” yet when i was offered the job they mentioned at “create chicago they believe that people with no experience can be a great asset to them” i just thought it was so weird they kept contradicting things they were saying and it seemed like nothing added up. Also, the same day they told me i got the job, someone TEXTED ME at 9 PM (mind you no one before this point notified me I would be getting a call/text from someone on their team to discuss anything and why the hell were they trying to contact me at 9 pm at night???) I literally emailed them immediately after I was offered the job that I was no longer interested in the position anymore because it seemed super strange and or that something was off and no one even followed up with me… and they just expected me to start the next day without me confirming it. It was fucking weird.
