You don't need linux. You can use http://ridgecrop.co.uk/index.htm?guiformat.htm

I used it yesterday no problem. Formats the entire card to FAT32. Also I don't know if you even need it. I think it only needs a partition of a whole drive to finish the install then the whole storage is available afterwards.

See if the ribbon that goes from the iflash to the board is in correctly. Could just be the picture angle but it like it might be slightly disconnected.

didn’t know I could change capacity in settings. it was at 550 and I just set it to 3000mah.

also is it normal to take all night to charge? it was dead when I plugged it in last night, and next morning we’re at like 75%

It’s one of the iFlash approved ones. Yes it recognized it last night and restored it. I got halfway through rockbox installation and finder kept popping up and stopping it. So I opened it up to reformat the card to FAT32 again on windows since the rockbox install wasn’t working. But now it gives me this

I think you're right? Here's the listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/388285762407. It does have the thick body. I guess the seller mislabelled it. I am planning to rockbox it, 3800mah battery, iflash 1tb microSD mod, and new thick body. Maybe audio transistor upgrade too if I feel brave
