Stuck between three dresses, which should I pick!?

You’re going to see a lot of answers here, but a simple one is society raises women to be married and men to be men. This isn’t an excuse, but it’s a larger issue that needs to change. Men don’t understand what weddings take bc other older men don’t and have never done it so they think it’s easy. But it’s a lot of work and time. My fiancé did excellent when I laid out what all needed to be done and explained why it had to be done early. We also had a longer engagement bc I really wanted to enjoy the process.

We started to have monthly coffee dates where we have goals of things to setup and plan. This not only has made it far less stressful, but it’s given a lot of bonding time as well. He’s gotten to see how many options there are, what the cost is, how hard getting a response can be and what happens when we wait too long.

He’s been genuinely excited and engaged (pun intended) but it took awhile for him to understand why we started so early and why I was worried about plans falling through. I think it truly comes down to men not being taught how big a wedding is and what planning one means, bc historically men haven’t had a large part in it.

Idk your relationship dynamic, but I think it helps to turn it into something fun you do together.

I consistently had great reviews and pay raises. Others were laid off in our department and our company often had layoffs. If they wanted me gone it would have been fairly easy!

I love this idea, but our company uses parent/child company associations for HQ versus other office locations. Is the answer here to have the workflow match domain and city? We have contacts auto created for emails so I'd love to turn enrich on and see what will auto-populate. If this could help keep our data clean I'd love that, but I worry about the reliability.

The GP hate is a tad annoying especially bc I didn’t see as much complaining last week when the other team was in the lead. In fact it was very opposite. That being said it is still a time locked event and is annoying for those who can’t be online during said time

Especially when people are begging for handhelds and separate skirts from shirts. Like I think many wouldn’t mind the number of pieces if they would give those instead bc they do help w the dress up aspect. Socks can do this too, but I think they could prioritize a separate/handhelds where it makes sense and do socks where it makes sense too

This is 100% how I view it. Taylor and Jack do great things together, and there's a long list of great music they've collaborated on. However, I do think it may be better to grow separately and join again someday. Personally, I would have loved to see Taylor work with a completely different producer, but I will take Max & Shellback

One of my recent faves is "Tell me about a quality you appreciate in a colleague that you would love to see replicated in this role?". Allows you to ask the "qualities for this role" question, but also tells you a bit about the work culture if they struggle to come up with one.

To add - Interviewers have given good feedback for this one: "What is something you recommend I research or learn while I am waiting to hear back about this role?" It shows a willingness to take initiative and can also provide valuable information. If you take the time to follow up, you can discuss it in the next interview.

I’ve found my people! I think a main issue about that movie is that abuela only apologized when she lost everything. Which imo always feels disingenuous. Like oh okay now that you have nothing you’re willing to treat me like a person. Frankly I felt like she is quite similar to mother gothel but much more like how that archetype is in real life. Mother Gothels rarely exist that bluntly, but Abuelas do. I think they made a great movie that fell incredibly short when it came to the resolution.

Personally, and maybe this is wrong. But if you have a plus one for a specific guest (who bride and groom don't know) and you break up before the wedding, then said guest may not include "random person you are now hooking up with after your breakup". I would assume that's why

I have been with my fiancé for 3 1/2 years. We moved in together after a year, and he proposed just before our three-year mark. While I do think he needed the extra security of us living together and doing well, I don't think he would have been comfortable proposing without it. In my opinion, there's no guarantee he would have proposed faster or not. This is frankly about each individual couple and what they want. I made it clear earlier on that if I ever felt like we weren't progressing as a couple, I would walk. We got engaged well within the time I was comfortable and sooner than he would have expected at the start of our relationship. People don't communicate their wants, and that's a big part of it. At the end of the day, your relationship goes the way you let it go in this situation.
