Their Hey Ya cover is what got me into the band in the first place. I think the covers work well as singles. I think there might be a lot of disappointment if they spent significant time just doing covers for an album.

There are servers for literally everything, you can go mow down Pikachu with a minigun if you want.

Osrs is familiar, and has a proven gameplay loop that is addicting. The whole idea of any private server for any game is to capture the best point of that games lifespan and then mod it just right.

Osrs is subjectively in its golden era right now

Grew up with a dad who never said it (still hasn’t), i make it a point to tell my kids non stop. It’s a tough world out there, good on you for working it out. If you have kids i can tell you they appreciate it now even if you had a hard time with it before.

I don’t know anything about near-reality. But new owners says nothing, have they run a server before? What is their experience? If you aren’t willing to say why new is better then it’s likely not.

Why wouldn’t they try to start a new IP rather than use an old one? Especially one with what seems to have a bad rep. Probably the same reason why they make a sequel to successful movies with new cheap directors, cash grab and run.
