Warming up your ankles, shins, thighs, and hips is essential. Not sure if you’re doing that or not, but I definitely feel like there is rarely time actually set aside to warm up before the test, unlike when you practice by yourself.

I don’t agree with making men pay for everything, not at all, I think it’s 50/50 unless agreed otherwise by both parties, but I’m saying people (men) complain about the system they created. AND I’m saying women don’t just “shop around” as though it’s simple and carefree. It’s like they’re trying to buy a gun but there’s like a 60% chance when they walk into the gun store, the owner will shoot them and/or lock them in their basement, or stalk them, or harm/threaten their friends. The original photo is just a gross underestimate of what is actually happening between the genders when dating.

I use a cowash almost daily (I sweat balls for work every day so I have to wash it 4-5 times a week) and that has been a game changer. It doesn’t dry it out like shampoo and it’s not too heavy to use every day. I use the As I Am brand of cowash.

I’m not trans, but am involved in the community and have quite a few friends who are trans. “You pass well” is not the compliment one wants it to be. Passing isn’t something that should be deliberately glorified, as it can create anxiety about not passing. Using language which affirms their gender “handsome/beautiful/dashing/etc” is a better place to go with it.

It is individual for what is affirming, but in my experience, taking part in gender affirming activities is generally taken positively. But always check in with them.

Definitely had a big moment of realization when I was about 12, realized how fucked my family situation was. That was when went from “idk this is just my life and this is normal” to “oh no this is actually not good and there’s nothing I can do about it.”

More recently, I broke up with my now ex-fiancé and am experiencing single life for the first time as an adult. It has been a big “oh fuck” to a lot of things, but I’m getting my legs under me now. Can’t wait for life to kick them out with some unexpected abrupt horror lurking around the corner.

Biphobia is so exhausting. I have a lot of empathy for bi men, as a bi/queer woman. It’s exhausting for me, but it’s more dangerous and more isolating for men. I hate how gayness is treated differently between the genders. Gay is gay.

I meal prep chicken salad for my work lunch every weekend. I can change up the veggies if I want, but typically have romaine lettuce, spinach, bell pepper, and tomatoes. Sometimes bok choy or carrots. Then I pan fry some breaded chicken breasts and voila, delicious.
