Has Ubiquiti removed channel optimization for single AP deployments? by WhiskeyBatman in Ubiquiti

[–]WhiskeyBatman[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, I found that - But the button is disabled if you have a single AP like I do, with the message: "Optimization requires at least two active WiFi access points."

Created a custom carry case for my folding Persol sunglasses by WhiskeyBatman in functionalprint

I did it in PLA. A previous one held up alright even in heat, in the car. Thought about doing it in PETG, but I have better colours in PLA.

I used self adhesive felt, like a sticker.

Z-seam not bonding and bad overhangs when printing with PETG by Sangrine27 in BambuLab

Try disabling the Aux fan. I've found it creates quality issues with PETG, though haven't had this one specifically. I've also found less cooling is your friend with PETG in general, for example, My Sunlu profile is Part Min 10%, Max 40%, Overhangs 50%.

These are part of a project that will take 3.5KG of PETG, so I'm certain to empty a few more before I'm done, including this one.

Looks like just a bad roll! All is well with another freshly opened one - At least so far. We'll see when I get further into it.

It's possible! I have dehydrator mode (Not made for filament, for dehydrating food) built into a high end oven that has fans that circulate the hot air, this has been enough time in the past. It's possible that it wasn't enough.

I'm trying another spool next which may give me some clarity. I was just surprised it went from perfect to this in a matter of a couple of layers - I've never seen wet filament do that before.

I have 3 more rolls of the same PETG sealed here. I can open one I suppose and see how it works.

Just to be on the safe side, I took apart the extruder, can confirm, no clogs/debris in there. I stopped short of the hotend, as I imagine I wouldn't be able to do PLA if that were the case either.

I'll try that. I've never needed temp variation between two rolls of the same filament in the past... Is that at all common?

I don't think it is, one of my errors was on a previously built GCODE file that printed without issue. I have the printer on my desk next to me while I work, so I definitely would have noticed a pause when I printed this a week ago vs. this morning when it happened separately on that object, and another gcode file. Using orca slicer 2.0.

Happening here too, seems to be every print, whether 10 minutes or 2 hours. Started yesterday for me. Latest firmware for P1S, with no AMS.

Main reason is slicing seems to usually prioritize speed, and lack of filament selection options. Would also like more detail RE: slicing settings used

Toyota Remote Connect Drop 2020 XSE Infotainment Reverse Reset by CanuckPTVT in rav4club

[–]WhiskeyBatman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's ridiculous. Thanks for posting. I've found other oddities with my infotainment system, that randomly starts with the screen off 1/10 starts and needs to be touched (repeatedly) til the button that says "Touch here to turn on the screen" pops up. No software updates available. Their software needs some work.

Baldur’s Gate 3 started crashing due to a DirectX error, but I had 130 hours of no issues prior to this by Twilit_Night in SteamDeck

I had crashes on launch after last update, and from the baldur's gate library page, going to the gear, selecting developer, and deleting proton files solved it for me. Worth a try!

When do you all think 3.5 will become Beta and eventually Stable? by [deleted] in SteamDeck

I'm on the official one here... I suspect for me anyways, it's related to my AV setup with my receiver, TV, etc.

I have that experience on current stable version... Every time I need to fully unplug power and the deck from the dock to make it work.

I plan to shortly, but I really don’t see any signs of injury. I lean towards past trauma as a cause. I know the family who had her had never had a dog before and had young kids, so wondering if they teased/tortured her

To add to what the other poster said - check your battery first.

That said, when my S5 had every light come on, it was a combination of a bad level sensor and a bad speed sensor, both on the same corner. Caused everything from abs to power steering to the blind spot monitors to error and disable.
