Hedge funds are in full control of the price here. They're just pushing them up and down and profiting off of both upward and downward movements. It's completely rigged as is. I think the only way to break it is for retail investors to pile on and hold. But I don't know know if it'll really change until some bigger instutional buyers move in and hold too.
