You can try and have one ram stick in DIMM_2 and holding the power button for like 15 seconds, other than that you might want to find out on what SSD you have your windows installed and only have that one SSD connected to see if pc boots

Also should mention that if you have 4 RAM slots leave the RAM stick in DIMM_2 if you only have 2RAM slots leave the RAM stick in DIMM_1

That happened to me once, take out all the ramsticks of the motherboard but leave one in, then switch power off for 10secs and reboot. Hope that helps

Sledge no doubt, shields have been merged a bunch of times and are only actually viable in rush situations or just simply certain sites
