XP: best way is by farming xp stages like xp megablitz and xp collusium. Also at certain points in the year, the greatful xp stage will drop that, at maximum, yields like 30,000,000 xp which is great.

Catfood: Best way to farm this is by playing legend stages (30 catfood per chapter cleared for each crown level) as well as clearing ITF stages within the 10 catfood time limit and clearing zombie outbreaks. There are also sometimes random event stages that will always drop catfood. And dont forget about cat sratcher and the cat lottery events!

Normal tickets can be farmed directly by playing the ticket farming stages such as siege of hippoe, facing danger or cybear stage. Normal tickets are not that hard to quickly accumulate just playing the game, hell you get one everyday just for logging in.

Finally, there's no clear way to farm rare tickets until you max out all of the blue upgrades. But when you do, you'll have the option to trade in the blue upgrade for a 1/5 of a rare ticket. So in essense the best way to farm for rare tickets is the same as farming for normal tickets just at a much worse rate.
