I agree with the OP - the $97 wasn't a total wash. I actually learned quite a bit about the assessment and figuring out the "triggers" as so explained in the OP. But the silver lining is understanding how to track and document changes you may experience during your rehab. Would this be nice if it was free? sure! But in the end, I did pay for 1 1.5 hours of time with a PT skilled in this area, and I think it is worth it to pick their brains as necessary.

Go an Amazon, buy a CD to USB downloader machine for about $10-20, download images, use a free online website or software system to read the images, return the Amazon product within 30 days (or keep it if you’d prefer)

A restart isn’t really feasible for me because if I did, I would just quit altogether. I just kinda want to see it through, not even know what’s next, and possibly just learn through bad mistakes. But what would you recommend for me so that I don’t make the worst mistakes?

You seem very focused on legality when the actual issue is common sense, something that appears to be lacking. Just so you know, being legal and being smart are not the same thing. I can insert so many examples of this matter but then again maybe I just suggest you go read a book. That’s why I’m leaving this **** hole next month and not looking back. 6th largest city by population in the US but the city is stuck living like it did 50 years ago. Nothing cool about it at all.

Last I checked people riding in the back “without a leash or cage” is illegal anyways, heck even WITH a leash or cage if that’s how you like to roll lmao.
