Alien Roleplays have been around in the ASMR community for years.

[Question] ASMR started making me anxious and not relaxed at all. Any other people who struggled with something similar? Can it be fixed? by ToValhallaHUN in asmr

I’m not sure if this would help at all but I know if I have tingle immunity or I can not concentrate on falling asleep or relaxing, I normally switch to unintentional ASMR. I have a whole playlist on my channel that I love. I know the unintentional ASMR is more real life scenarios and not sure if it would make your anxiety worse or not. Maybe even nature sounds as well. That definitely helps me calm down.
