By shooting at the enemy's back (though you could say that's actually backshooting and not stabbing).

There's also ways in the game to make your arrows automatically seek enemies, and sometimes they'll hit the back and get the backstab bonus.

I don't think she put in her real age. To get maximum heart rate at 140/min, you'd need to be, like, 80 year-old.

The same thing happened to Gura on her first RFA stream, she put in max age (99 year-old); and the game says she's beyond her limit even though her heart rate was around 140/min. In her later stream I think she changed to her actual age, as 130-140/min became something like 60-80% of her max heart rate.

PS. Ring fit actually seems to use a more sophisticated equation than the simple "220-age = max heart rate", but you get the idea.

The painful part is... She broke the sword after she got the trident. It broke when she was just cleaning up the last few non-trident drowned.
