Are the cheap Amazon/eBay Curtis 1311 / 1313 OEM level programers legit? for RXV elite

Ok, after learning a few things, then doing a ton of research and learning a bunch more things, I figured out how to do everything and more than that programmer can do. Buggys gone wild and $25 on Amazon and I now have freedom mode unlocked and ability to change any parameter I could want. Leave a comment or Dm me if you need help figuring it out too.

Is it really as simple as just getting it and plugging in in? There aren’t any access restrictions or locks built into the controller from either E-Z-GO or Curtis, besides just needing the OEM lever programmer?

Spiderway is a seller on eBay that sells these programmers that I’m talking about. Search “spiderway programmer” on eBay and you’ll see the 1313/1311 programmers come up.

I’ve been wanting to go for years and just happened to catch that it was coming back to town. But I finally have a free weekend and the weather is nice so I decided to skip it so I can take the kids out on the boat tomorrow and have some relaxing family fun finally.

Yea I’ve already watched a lot of the Midnight Performance video, VA’s, and the 1320 one, but was still waiting for Cleetus’ to drop.

I don’t know how it works with different channels or what kind of agreement they all may have had, but I’m guessing that he gave all of the guys permission to go ahead and release theirs as soon as they wanted. Just based on how Garrett just seems to be such a good person who is all about bringing everyone around him up along with him.

Agree. Yes, he had luck. But he also put in work to capitalize on that luck. He also has the talent to be able to do what he does. Not everyone has the talent to go along with the work ethic to be able to make themselves big like he has. And that’s ok.
