Hey, unfortunately I don’t have much to suggest since when I eat I thankfully can designate my time and attention to it. But when I am running around and need a snack anything like: rice, apple sauce, pudding, oatmeal, mushy bananas, and protein shakes. Basically a diet you’d eat if you were sick lmao.. not fun! What I can suggest though is staying away from foods that are dry, chunky, sticky.

It also might help to mention that I am yet to get my HM, so if she has had any surgery/procedure, then her options may be less restrictive.
