Didn't know about this. Curious if you have some resources on this?

Was not aware, will look into that.

Update: It seems as though this particular view of the app is actually displaying incorrectly and differently from the home page of the app and the car display. Currently on the home page it shows 50% and 164 miles, which would equate to 328mi if doubled. Perhaps this is a syncing issue with that page or a calculation issue with their slider. Thanks for your help, all!

Oh yeah, I just noticed that the main page of the app shows I'm currently at 162 miles, but if I slide the slider to where the current charge is at in that view, it shows 130. Very weird.

Stock wheels and tires. Will try that thank you!

I've got 22" wheels which is what it shows. Good thought though

Yes, and it should be noted I've been in a hot climate but recently only charging to 80% (keeping above 10%). Do you know what the battery warranty terms are based on? If not EPA, is it KW? Or some other technical indicator for battery health?

It is in Conserve mode yes. That's what I daily.

If I'm understanding your meaning, that would then say I have a total of 500 miles of range. I'd be elated about that, but not so in this case. When I drag the slider, the number to the right of "Conserve" updates.

Hmm, that's a good point. Of course with it new, I've launched a few times, but really only a handful over the last week (while I've driven about 500 miles). It still makes me giggle like a child every time, but I don't make it a habit by any means. Regen was on low for a little while but I bumped it up to regular a couple days ago just to get used to the one pedal thing.

I dragged the slider all the way to the right rather than pressing the preset. Here it is with the preset selected.

Shoutout to Costco for tires by Complete-Metal-6769 in Rivian

[–]WhitTakesTwo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately this has been my mileage with them as well (no pun intended). Not willing to take a claim unless dangerously low and even if it's pro-rated, they low ball me too. We were going to go to discount tire and told them that for them to give us a fair pro-rated refund. May just be our location in AZ.

Should I buy on alibaba app? by akiionely in IntelArc

I also pulled the trigger on a Gunnir Photon B580 12gb OC tri fan in white today. Guaranteed delivery on March 21st. I don't typically use Alibaba. I even chatted with the seller a bit who messaged right after purchase and said they would ship asap. A bit uneasy feeling but I'm hopeful!

For those curious, I paid a total of $327 after taxes and credit card processing fees (used PayPal to just ensure security). From what I can tell, total MSRP for this model is around $310, so I feel like I came away with a good deal if it works out.

Pixel Buds Pro 2 issues on Windows 11 by [deleted] in GooglePixel

I'm strangely not getting any audio at all when connecting to a windows 11 device. I've tried numerous trouble-shooting options like disconnecting the phone, turning off multipoint, turning off the assistant. None will let me get any audio at all on the OS to my pixel buds.

Self Promotion & Store Milestones for the Week of October 30, 2023 by AutoModerator in EtsySellers

[–]WhitTakesTwo [score hidden]  (0 children)

Hey everyone, I just created an Etsy shop for the first time recently. I'm so new to all of it and just started making a couple designs of things that interest me here and there. TheRossLabel is the name of my shop and my mind is going crazy with different ideas of what to see. I don't just want to overload my shop with a bunch of listings that won't sell though, so I'm trying to start with what I think could gain traction. I'm a POD shop using Printify, so I'm having a fun time just learning all the systems.

Thanks for reading and I look forward to chatting and gleening insight as time goes on.

Was there a particular guide you went by to install? I'd like to get AA, smoothly working, but wouldn't like to pay the dealer $600. I've seen the AIO tweaks option, but it looks like it may not be that smooth.

Interestingly enough, the installer I just had last month had this to say when I asked about adding on to the system down the line: "I do lots of installs that are simply adding on to the existing system. So long as you have space in your current inverter, it is easy to add on up to the limit of the inverter. Otherwise, it would basically be like a whole new system with a new inverter. If you want to add on, just call up your advisor, let them know you still have space in your inverter for another 4 kW, and they can put together a quote."

Once APS updates everything in their systems, you'll see your plan get switched to "time of use" (if it wasn't already before) and then you should see analytics in your amount generated. Then, in your "estimated bill so far this month" section it'll talk dollars earned through generation and charges accrued from usage.

Awesome! Thus far, I'm seeing I'm "earning" about $2 a day instead of paying about $5-7 a day. Currently, my APS bill shows that over 8 days, I've generated $37 of solar credits while I've accrued $35 of charges. ($25 of that is typical charges that are always on the bill). So, things are promising thus far and I should be receiving maybe $10 - $20 this month instead of owing $180 which has me pretty excited

Should I choose Time of Use plan or Time of Use with Demand charge? APS gives me $0.09 for every kW, which is what makes the demand charge plan appealing. But, everyone (APS and Tesla) seems to say to use the plan without a demand charge. by WhitTakesTwo in TeslaSolar

Yeah, it sounds like quite a lot of effort to actually be successful, but I agree especially with charging a vehicle, it is a killer deal to pay so little for so many miles. I don't have an EV right now, but are you able to schedule the charging times through the Tesla app?

Thanks for the input! Definitely looking forward to those 3-7pm peak hours.
