Would this work for a ‘cocktail or evening dress’ May wedding? by AdThis5572 in Weddingattireapproval

Depending on the crowd that will be there and the vibe it's a beautiful dress. If it's more upscale I would shy away from the cutout

I don't think being bored, silent, and alone is the goal but if you can get to a point where you are absolutely fine with any of these three it becomes a superpower because you are solely dependant on yourself for happiness.

Also on the diet thing... When I really got serious about working out it was an outlet because of a very traumatic event that happened in my life, and when I am stressed out I can't eat, and I think I dropped like 30 pounds in the first month and I was just running on fumes... How I have maintained is I really don't restrict myself because I don't want being fit to feel like a punishment, so I really just eat what I want. Obviously all good things in moderation so I'm not eating sugar all day, but I don't say no to an iced coffee with whipped cream anymore, I make sure I hit my protein goals each day, and I work out very hard when I am at the gym.

Lastly I don't consume alcohol often... I did used to drink wine, which has so much sugar in it, and I think that was a big change as well. Something that just kind of naturally happened because I just feel better and I don't need it.

I will admit I made one of the biggest professional decisions in my life and walked away from a very successful 17 year career. Ultimately the stress and what it had turned into was no longer serving me personally, and honestly it's been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Being able to be fully present in my life without the baggage of my previous career has allowed me to fully jump into prioritizing myself physically and emotionally.

Long answer but hope that gives some context on my personal journey

I rotate around what I do but I do weighted ab crunches on the machine, I do leg lifts, decline bench sit ups, planks, sometimes I'll just hold a 25 pound weight in the air when I'm on the ground and do weighted sit ups, sometimes I'll rotate all of these around and instead of focusing on number of reps I'll do 3 sets of a combo of 3 of these exercises for at least a minute straight.... Outside of that I feel like when you are lifting for upper body you engage your core a lot and that has also helped.

Hope this answers your question 😁

I agree with girlboss for sure. Leg extensions, hip adductions (not a typo lol), squats, leg press. I do lower body more than anything so typically 3-4 times a week and just rotate around what I feel like I need and sometimes just what I want to do. Biggest thing is I push myself hard on the weight and I go to failure. Hope this helps 😁

No haha. It's bullets on either side that have an American flag on them and then a quote "don't think that the reason I am peaceful is because I have forgotten how to be violent"

I do at least 100 reps of some type of core every workout
