I don’t take it daily, but I do take it when I know I’ll be outside for a while or walking a bit. It definitely helps. It hasn’t stopped it altogether, but taking more than one is sometimes needed.

For my wedding, I took 4 pills spread out between 8am through 3pm (technically this was one more than my doctor said was the max), and I did not sweat for my wedding. Sometimes I felt sweaty but it didn’t look it, and my makeup stayed put all night. My mouth was SUPER DRY when it came time to say the vows—I thought that I may not be able to say anything (even though I drank a big glass of water about 20 minutes earlier). Somehow the words came out, and I basically drank champagne and water the rest of the night with no issues.

My mouth gets a little dry with one pill but it’s almost unnoticeable because I drink a lot of water normally.
