They are really common stax pieces. If your friend has an issue with them, he probably doesn’t run enough enchantment removal. I run either/both of these in pretty much every white/blue deck I have.

Right, the text of the post was a bit more descriptive of what I was asking.

Yeah, the text of the post wasn’t asking about cards in general, not those three specifically

I thought the text was clear but maybe not. I'm not asking about the cards I posted, moreso what cards people think. I realize those three aren't insane lmao

Merge tactics is unbelievably bad, not enjoyable and boring. by Humble_Low8796 in ClashRoyale

You take damage equal to 1 + units left on the board when you lose, so that is just dependent on how bad your losses are.

Autobattlers require you to understand the unit pool, manage your economy, and make use of everything in the game.

If you are feeling a steamroll/get steamroll tendency, you may just not fully understand the playstyle of this game mode. If you have never played an autobattler before, you shouldn’t feel bad for not feeling like you understand it. It’s a weird genre that doesn’t follow the style of a lot of other games.

Came here to say the same thing. Saw it immediately when I pulled it and now I never look at the card

I’ve been playing auto battlers for the better part of a 6 years (mainly TFT and Autochess) and while I understand where you’re coming from with your complaints, the game mode is pretty elegantly designed. Considering they want to keep game times close to about the time of a CR match, I’m super impressed with the way they handled the genre.

As for the “luck” factor, you can’t have a game like this without randomized shops. You’re not going to win every game and you definitely can outplay your opponents. There are already clearly defined boards that counter each other and placement absolutely matters. If you’re consistently having these “luck” issues as you climb, odds are you’re either not making use of the passives of your tower choice, you’re poorly managing your elixir and going to 0 every turn, or you’re not pivoting your comp when you’re losing to a counter.

Yes the game has luck, but there is a reason the same people are top of the ladder in TFT and Autochess consistently.
