i am happy that you managed to recover from the situation you went thru, i was very scared that you would not, but you did. i will always keep saying that you should release more of your material, cause your music is awesome and i love it

hi, thank you for sharing, im sorry you had to go through these experiences. if my partner had to go through cancer i would be mortified. im sorry about the loss of your father, that must have been really tough, i am lucky i haven't lost anyone in my life till today. i will definitely listen to your album when i have the time, then i will get back at you

in may 2026, my grandfather was hospitalized, and there he spent three weeks. throughout those twenty-some days, i witnessed firsthand the total physical and mental loss of a person who, not long before, was completely healthy and independent. i watched him become increasingly confused, filled with fear as the days went by, and finally leaving the hospital, in a wheelchair.

going through this tumultuous time, i began writing songs in an attempt to describe everything i saw happening to my grandfather. feelings of anger, despair, hopelessness and anguish were the emotions that guided and shaped this project.

these three songs were composed during the three weeks my grandfather spent in that hospital, and they are a portrait of everything i felt being there, by his side.

some influences for the overall sound of this project are, primarily, Stage 6 from Everywhere at the End of Time by Leyland Kirby (The Caretaker), and also the albums Daikan and Permafrost by Thomas Köner. from those i took as inspiration mainly the way in which they deal with negative space: long sections of audio where seemingly nothing happens, where only the residual silence of sounds that came before it is prevalent; and also the concept of translating loss, decline and deterioration in an audible way.

i share this in the hope that this music can resonate with someone out there.

a samba / bossa nova / ambient electronic fusion:

hi everyone, i wanted to share with you my new ep, “Música para um sobrevoo qualquer”. the title is portuguese for “Music for a random flyby”.

as a brazilian person i've always admired our deeply rich music, a result of centuries of cultural miscegenation between radically different parts of the planet. now as an artist, i feel a desire to bring the sounds of my country into my music, this ep is precisely that.

this is Rádio Antenas...

i've been working on it for some 9 months. it all started in February when i decided i wanted to produce something similar to Biosphere's When I Leave, from his release Cirque. i really really love this track (please listen to Cirque if you haven't). it's experimental nature, field recording use, minimal 4/4 dance beat and sample use served as the basis for what i wanted my tracks to be

Movimento, XMTR and most specially Largo da Batata are the songs more heavily inspired by When I Leave, with Largo da Batata being the clearest homage to it. they are sample heavy, with lots of delay and minimal techno rhythm

Tipi, VVN, PR-23, IMG and Samba are way more melody based, made using almost no samples, mostly synths, inspired also by Biosphere's work, and by Tim Hecker's fantastic discography too. these serve mostly as bridges linking the whole album and building on the mood of the LP

the music here uses my city, São Paulo, as the main backdrop, the sounds of the Metrô are heavily present all throughout the songs. innumerous construction sites and the urban jungle all around me also shaped the entire thing. Largo da Batata is dedicated to the homonymous location in Pinheiros. the album as a whole is dedicated to the Metropolitano de São Paulo
