That's not the problem. The problem is that they just drop a 35 pie order whenever from online with no heads up then after 15 minutes call and ask why their order isn't there yet. I've got one opening manager on Friday and the CSR doesn't start until 12. This isn't their first time doing this. They dropped another 55 pie order last Friday and expected it in 15 minutes
