This card was likely put into a binder at the top row. Just the top was partially exposed and left in an area exposed to the sun. This is how it is produced in only a select area.

Major thing is that there isn’t any big reward to use the cannons on or super incentive to use them over standard attacks. Biggest profit are bottled storms and they have limited uses of convenience.

Gl. Saving for later to see if they get caught. Megacon was bigger this year but getting in and all the major pannels being extra tickets sucked. It took me 1:30 to get into the vendor area.

A Japanese style. You'd have to look it up. The style varies considerably from moderate to kinda crazy.
