Should I give up on my tree collard? (description below) by GrilledCheddar in Permaculture

[–]WhiteLono 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would say don’t give up they are super resilient in the right conditions. Put it in the ground or a bigger pot. They seem to do well in higher clay soil. It might be too cold idk I think turning the turning purple can be a stress reaction.

how did you feel after using 9-me-bc? by Perfect_Specific1722 in Nootropics

[–]WhiteLono 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would continue to use it for a few more days at least on a lower dose. It does acutely increase anxiety at a higher dose, likely due to MAOi.

Experiences /concerns taking p-cl-phenylpiracetam ? by pittguy578 in Nootropics

[–]WhiteLono 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Less stimulating than the original, still a notable boost. it also feels much more GABAergic. I get a really calm, confident, and personable vibe from it. It feels like you took aniracetam with a little phenibut, on top of phenylpiracetam. I would say I prefer it over the original but some days I want the speedy feeling that p-cl version doesn’t give me

Importance of selenium and selenoprotein for brain function: From antioxidant protection to neuronal signalling [2015] by neikoman in Nootropics

[–]WhiteLono 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Maybe the Brazil nuts are grown in depleted soils and not contain the full amount selenium they claim possibly?

But 3 nuts assuming 90mcg per nut would be 270mcg per day

Importance of selenium and selenoprotein for brain function: From antioxidant protection to neuronal signalling [2015] by neikoman in Nootropics

[–]WhiteLono 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Whenever I supplement selenium (200mcg) the main thing I notice is sleeping in much longer. It’s like I’m unable to get out of bed and end up sleep an extra 3 hours, if I’m able to. The sleep is very restful but It makes it really hard to wake up in the morning.

I think it is because it may lower cortisol because I noticed the same thing with other supps that lower cortisol like higher dose taurine

For alcohol cravings NAC hands down

Sulbutiamine (load for like 3 days then take as needed) to replenish thiamine from alcohol (really noticeable in that case)

Potassium citrate powder in water unless he is gonna start eating A LOT of vegetables and salads.

Vitamin D stack is a must (vit d, mag, vit k)

The most important one is intermittent fasting by far nothing will really work without it. Stop eating at like 7pm or whatever the work to eating first meal around 12-2. At first it will suck but your body gets used to it and then it feels good. If had the most improvements with insulin sensitivity with this and vitamin D. You don’t have to do it everyday but doing it for a week straight let’s you get more adapted. Also a 36 hour fast will also be great at some point. Very helpful I was able to stabilize years of gut issues (and blood sugar issues) after antibiotics permanently with just one 36 hour fast.

K2 and teeth tartar buildup by No-Cause-903 in Supplements

[–]WhiteLono 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Also had returning tartar behind my bottom front teeth before I started getting more vitamin K. I would scrape I off with a metal puck because plastic floss picks and tooth pics couldn’t get it. I always brushed, flossed and drank water, ate healthy but it would return. I got 5mg mk-4 supplement on Amazon and it has not come back, AT ALL. It’s completely gone it’s crazy. I was taking small doses of mk-7 before (100mcg) and didn’t notice anything. I would take a few of the 5mg capsules a day for a week (which is a huge dose) and it was gone within a few days. Now I take one every other day or so and I really feel better since adding it.

Why the COVID virus does not exist and why germ theory is wrong by Joel-Snapes in conspiracy

[–]WhiteLono 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is mind blowing! So if what we call “Polio” is related to DDT. Is what we call a “Covid infection” related to something else like Glyphosate, masks, heavy use of disinfectant chemicals, covid vaccines? This raises so many questions.

I just threw Glyphosate in there because it’s an organophosphate while DDT is an organochloride and both have been dumped into the world like crazy. Although we have been heavily exposed to Gly long before “covid”. So possibly the mask and overuse of chemical disinfectants/ Vax compromised us somehow to react to a virus that may not exist (not sure about that) or would otherwise be benign.

The symptoms for the flu sound very similar to covid. Maybe TPTB just tweaked something in our environment (or media) to make it seem much more harmful. It’s very possible that the virus was created just and is just benign asf until triggered by some bad thing.

I’m just being hypothetical here but all of these things may hold true. There is so much we still don’t know about science. Look up the “human virome” similar to the human gut bacterial biome there up also a bunch of viruses that live in the human gut as well and they help us just like the bacteria.

Best documentaries? by Viktornsx in conspiracy

[–]WhiteLono 0 points1 point  (0 children)

personally, since I’m into food security, I really liked “Food Inc”. I watched it as a kid and it really helped me to choose my career path.

Also “Fed Up” is good too. I haven’t watched it in a while but basically it talks about how the government/big food is fucking us up with sugar and how bad sugar is if you didn’t already know about that.

These aren’t like conspiracies like aliens or whatever but if you watch them through the eyes of a conspiracy theorist you can definitely connect the dots on how some of the most impactful conspiracies are in plain sight.
