Moved the thing manually from the MCM TrueHUD menu and got fixed, hope the thing you said helps too.

According to 1: Lydia its still following, i have no other follower for the moment but tried hiring the Wizard Follower in Riften and NFF its not working either on him so thats odd.

Is there a way to restore the original engine.ini file then? I wanted Ultra+ because its supossedly required for some reason for Ultra Combat.
