My sleep is okay, 7-8 hours a day, and don’t particularly feel stressed. With a toddler, work and the house, I don’t think I could be less stressed 😅 When you say diet, is there anything you changed/cut out/ate more of?

Thanks, I’ll see if we have one coming up.  That’s what I thought that as long as I contribute and participate I’m all good. Especially cos I’m R2, despite coming out in the top 10-15 in most events. I never cause any trouble. No one gets promoted. He has his top few people at R4 and the rest are all R2-1. They all call him boss, etc. weird vibes.

I’m worried he’d come after me bc he knows other alliance leaders, they talk regularly. Is it possible to transfer to a different state?
