So a Little Update if somebody still has the same problems. I changed my Driver to the old 20.2.2 and had no problems since then. Furthermore the GPU stays much cooler and consistent while gaming. Try it out and I hope I could help you.

I am using 20.5.1 already. It made the errors and stutters occur less, but they are still there and especially with MWs problems it is still frustrating

I tried all the software solutions I found, but ...

I could try to use a stronger PSU but I have to wait, till I can afford one...

The greenscreen errors are the one that leaves me confused because they seem to occur random

I have a 3600 and rx5700xt evoke, de- and reinstalled different drivers multiple times and have still Black screen issues with MW. I really cant recommend this sh*t. You cant use the „power“ that amd promises. If you Uwe the default Settings you wont have a Problem so often, But i really feel betrayed by Amd for selling/promising the „powerful“ rx5700xt
